Friday night we went down to the Battle Ground Harvest Days Classic Car Cruise. We have never been in town for the annual Harvest Days Weekend, so this year was adventure for us! We had no idea what to expect but once we got down there we had sooooo much fun. The kiddos LOVED all the old cars and trucks. They completely shut down Main Street for the entire weekend so there is A LOT to see.
Owen and Daddy's FAVORITE.
Mommy's FAVORITE.
Sissy's FAVORITE. Sean entered his S-10.
After watching the cars cruise for a while we headed to the burn out pit. This was by far Owen's favorite part of the night.
This Monster truck was not at the Cruise the night before so when it came around the corner of the parade Owen was over-the-moon. He was REAL excited!
This was the kiddos first parade and they made a haul from all the candy throwers!
After we got home from the parade Owen and I headed to a Birthday Party for one of his buddies from school last year. We stayed for a few hours then headed to Freddies to get dinner stuff for the sleepover they had planned with the neighbors. When we left the parking lot we saw this...
Owen wanted to get out and watch and when we got up to the monster truck there were two seats left. Owen and another little guy grabbed the last two seats. So, for 5 bucks Owen got to ride in the back of a Monster Truck! Can you say BEST. DAY. EVER!
We ended our day with a picnic dinner and sleepover with our neighbor buddies. This was the first time Max and Vivian had ever had a sleepover. SO COOL!
Sunday was a working day. Brad prepared the shop driveway for the slab that we are pouring.
These guys LOVE tractors!
Oh and Brad hit the phone line.....AGAIN!
Ready for concrete.
